Encouraging Words Book Store

This past weekend I drove to Wenatchee Washington for a book signing at Encouraging Words Book Store. Even though the owner, Ginny Kerstetter, was not working, she came in and I was able to meet her. What a pleasant, hard working woman. Her book store is full of fun and encouraging Christian books, music, and other exciting gifts. Thank you, Sharron for helping me with the signing- her first!

My next book signing will be at the high school I graduated from, Central Valley High School in Spokane, valley, WA. This coming weekend. I have not been back since the last day of my high school life in 1983. Same location, but a new amazing building. I look forward to setting up this Friday in hopes of taking a peek of its interior.

The fun fact of this endeavor is that I was in the marching band, playing the flute and piccolo, and my mother helped to start this band boosting craft fair. I don’t know whether to dress in my usual western attire or slip my arms through my old letterman’s jacket. No doubt, I will have a sign posting my days as a Central Valley Bears Marching Band Member. Oh, may have to bring an old picture of me, in uniform. Go Bears!
